My Blend – Uplifting Aromatherapy Oil for Emotional Wellbeing

My Blend is a unique aromatherapy oil created to support emotional balance, uplift the mood, and calm the nervous system.

Originally formulated during the Covid-19 lockdown while I was studying Aromatherapy Science, this blend was born from personal experience with stress and anxiety while caring for my family. Through research into essential oils known for their antidepressant and mood-lifting properties, I created a blend designed to restore a sense of happiness and emotional resilience.

First released in 2020 and crafted by a now certified aromatherapist, My Blend combines bright, uplifting notes with warm, soulful undertones for a scent that feels joyful, comforting, and grounding.

How to Use

Apply to wrists, chest, neck, or behind the ears and take slow, deep inhalations from the skin or directly from the bottle. Use in the bath or as your new perfume/body moisturising oil or massage oil.

Ideal for:

• Stress and anxiety support

• Low mood and emotional fatigue

• Daily self-care and grounding rituals

• Natural emotional wellbeing support

Do not use

• On blood-thinning medication and check oils against any anti-depressant and contraceptive pills (grapefruit oil).
• Do not use if pregnant, under 10yrs, or using homeopathic remedies.
• A couple of oils are phototoxic, so do not sunbathe straight after using oil.
• Cover with sunblock.
