This is a pretty fair question! "every thing and then nothing"... Or is that too vague 🤔
I like to call the way I work a "Hodge podge" of modalities that I have been both certified in AND which I channel on the spot.
Or in fact it may be more accurate to say... I do what your energy (visible & non visible) guides me to do.

I have both a skincare line and a clinic where I see clients 1:1. The two blend perfectly really.
Plants talking through high quality formulated products with hands on and off sessions with me as the vessel. It's all just energy with intention.

My background is plant product & energy work. Then I leaned into more physical modalities like Myofascial massage & fascial unwinding.
Throw in a shamanic back bone - and some 'talk healing' that's just natural to who I am.
Sprinkle in some sound healing using drum, shakers Tibetan bowl & my voice and we have many which ways a session can go.
Naturally I have leaned into reconnecting your loved ones who have passed over. That's always a highlight but never expected. It just happens!

Do you realise how loved you are, and how much you are guided and protected by your spirit family? It's a beautiful thing to witness whatever your chosen faith.

🤰I must say one of my favourite sessions to date is having a pregnant mummy on the table. I get 'impressions' from your wee one and I decipher them to share messages with you.
I cannot tell you how amazing it is to see a mum get a message from her unborn child. Isn't that magic? ✨

Generally you'll get off the table and be like 'wow that was amazing... What ever that was'. Actually someone just said that on Friday 🤗.
Some don't even know how to leave a review, because they haven't really figured out how to share what it is I do.

Usually you'll say to a friend "you must go see Hayley". My client base grew mainly from word of mouth .

I LOVE having men in for sessions! So amazing. I can seamlessly make them comfortable.

I can be as 'mainstream' in my conversation as your boundaries need or! We can go flying on unicorns and shit gets crazy.

1 year..... right on winter solstice with a major full moon lunar standstill that only comes once every 8 1/2yrs. 🌕🥹

In memory of my soul witch sis Delwyn I had this beautiful piece made so I can hang it in my clinic.
She was always supposed to come work with me here doing tarot readings.
She was going to write a book and we were going to travel around together promoting it and holding talks on breast cancer / fascia / tarot and spirituality.

❤️I'm sharing because I wouldn't be the practitioner I am for YOU all without her walking beside me from the beginning of my spiritual journey.

With her I felt safe, safe to be me. The good the bad the highs and lows. Unfiltered & whole

🙏🏾In life there are those very special few that you connect with in this way.

Delwyn and I both had a sister deer antler each, very symbolic for us both. I knew once she left us I had to have mine turned into something special.
